Let's start the year...

...in Hazelnut clouds!

There is always a place where it all begins...
where we close our eyes and feel that soft chill crossing our chest...
there is a place where that music plays in repeat and you don't know why... but it plays over and over again...
and then you realize that, there it is...that place where all begins..

A receita:
2 claras de ovo
100g de açúcar em pó
80g de avelã
1 pitada de sal


1. Triturar a avelã e reservar2.Bater as claras em castelo com a pitada de sal. Quando estiverem firmes juntar a pouco e pouco o açúcar e envolver bem antes de adicionar mais e sem nunca parar de bater.
Bater  até o merengue ficar firme e brilhante.
3. Adicionar a avelã e envolver bem
4. Fazer pequenas nuvens sobre uma folha de papel vegetal
5. Forno a 180º durante 25 mn
